Cootamundra
Don Bradman was born in Cootamundra on 27 August, 1908. He lived on the family farm 20 kilometres to the north of the town at Yeo Yeo until he was two-and-a-half. Today, the private hospital where he was born at 89 Adams Street, is now fully restored and operating as a public museum. The Bradman Birthplace Museum is open to the public seven days a week from 9.00am to 5.00pm. Entry to the Museum is $3.00 for Adults. Children under 16 are free.
